Rima Lourdjane

Rima Lourdjane is an accomplished finance and procurement professional with extensive experience in leading transformation projects across Europe and globally. Currently serving as Finance PMO Director for Europe at GXO Logistics, Inc., Rima spearheads finance transformation and strategic initiatives. As Head of Procurement Excellence, Rima manages procurement transformation projects, digitalization roadmaps, and global performance management, while ensuring compliance and alignment with ESG strategies. Previously, Rima held the role of Head of Procurement Excellence at XPO Logistics Europe, overseeing performance management, budget processes, and systems implementation. Earlier career experiences include senior management in procurement consulting at KLB GROUP France, procurement management at Renault, and product marketing consulting in London. Rima holds a Master's degree in International Business from Université Paris Nanterre.
