Rowena Durand

Rowena Durand is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in leadership program management across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Learning and Development at GXO Logistics, Inc., Rowena leads initiatives within GXO University's Lead college to enhance high-potential talent development. Previously, Rowena worked at Duke Energy Corporation as a Program Manager for Leadership Development, where partnerships were established to implement leadership programs. Rowena's career also includes roles as Program Manager for Learning & Development at Lowe's Home Improvement, Learning Manager at Ingersoll Rand University, and Human Resources Manager at Johnson Controls. Rowena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston College.
