Thomas Melton

Thomas Melton is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the logistics sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Technology for the Consumer Division at GXO Logistics, Inc. since August 2017, Melton oversees technology initiatives within North America. Prior roles include Director of Technology at Manhattan Associates and Senior Principal Consultant at XPO Logistics, Inc., where responsibilities spanned from 2010 to 2017. Early career experience includes leadership positions in IT client support and client services management at XPO Logistics, Inc. and New Breed Logistics. Thomas Melton holds a B.S. in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and has a military background with the United States Marine Corps from 1992 to 1998.
