Zach Thomann

Zach Thomann currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for the Americas and APAC regions at GXO Logistics, Inc., starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Zach held multiple positions at PFS from April 2008 to January 2024, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing fulfillment and distribution operations, client financial services, and omni-channel operations. Zach’s earlier experience includes a Program Manager role at AmerisourceBergen, focusing on commercializing pharmaceutical programs, and a managerial position at PFSweb. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance with Honors from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
