Paul Holder has extensive experience in both fitness and event management, currently serving as a Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor at GymNation since February 2018, where skills include personal and group training sessions and the creation of high-intensity exercise classes. Prior experience encompasses roles at TEC Middle East and North Africa as an Event Manager from July 2015 to April 2017, handling major corporate accounts and executing large-scale events across the GCC.
