Beth Mayo

Beth Mayo is a Health & Physical Education Teacher at Henrico County Public Schools and YMCA of Greater Richmond. Beth is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Beth has experience in digital marketing and has worked as a Marketing Manager and Interactive Marketing Manager in various companies. Beth holds a BBA in Marketing from Radford University and certifications from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and National Academy of Sports Medicine.
