Gustavo Duarte Salhani

Gustavo Duarte Salhani is currently the Value Management Director at Gympass, where Gustavo oversees the value management strategy on the Brazilian market and is globally responsible for growth-related initiatives. Prior to their current role, Gustavo worked at Delivery Center as the Estratégia, M&A e RI, and at Lumen Data Intelligence as a Co-Founder. Gustavo has significant experience in business development, M&A, and strategy, with a strong background in leading nationwide projects and corporate restructuring. Gustavo has a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
