Ren Birch

Ren Birch is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience across various roles in design and UX. Currently serving as Product Design Manager at Gymshark since August 2021, Ren leads a team focused on strategy and processes, driving the implementation of Design Systems to enhance user experiences. Previously, Ren held positions as Senior Product Designer at Gymshark and UX Designer at Cheil UK, where collaboration with stakeholders was key to optimizing user journeys for mobile apps and websites. Ren also contributed as Senior Product Designer at Ludic, Product Designer at WeClick, Creative Digital Designer at Thinking Juice, and Web Designer at Folk Digital, all while building a robust skill set in responsive design, creative problem-solving, and client engagement. Ren holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design & Technology from Arts University Bournemouth and a Bacharel in Design de Moda from Centro Universitário Metodista do Sul - IPA.
