Heather Campe

Heather Campe assumed the role of Senior Vice President, International Growth, in December 2021. Over the course of her 13-year career with the company, she also has held the roles of Senior Vice President, Global Hygiene, Health, and Consumable Adhesives, from 2019-2021, Senior Vice President, Americas Adhesives, from 2016-2019, Vice President, Asia Pacific, from 2013-2016, Business Director, Hygiene, from 2010-2012, and Business Director, Converting, from 2009-2010. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, Ms. Campe held roles of increasing responsibility across her career at National Adhesives (now Henkel Corporation), from 1995-2009. She also serves as chair of the board of directors of the Adhesive and Sealant Council, and as a board member for the Bakken Museum and Share My Fortune. Ms. Campe holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati College of Business and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University.
