Joseph Wiltse is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and business law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for H.B. Fuller since June 2024, Joseph previously held roles as Senior Associate Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Associate Attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP, where practice areas included securities and real estate. Joseph's legal expertise encompasses a diverse range of industries such as real estate, healthcare, and consumer products.
