Rachel Fall

Rachel Fall has extensive experience in community outreach and healthcare recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Community Outreach and Physician Recruitment at Magruder Hospital since March 2004. In this role, Rachel Fall focuses on wellness, education, screenings, and community outreach while recruiting physicians to serve local residents and visitors. Prior to this, Rachel Fall was the Community Outreach and Development Manager at Magruder Hospital, where responsibilities included coordinating education and outreach initiatives and managing a speakers bureau. Additionally, Rachel Fall holds a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Dayton, earned between 1989 and 1995, and previously worked as a Senior Center Director at WSOS from 2003 to 2004.
