Douglas MacPherson

Douglas MacPherson, PhD, currently serves as an Equity Research Associate in Healthcare at H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC since April 2023. Prior to this role, Douglas was a PhD candidate in Biochemistry at the City University of New York from August 2018 to February 2023, focusing on leveraging bio-inspired molecules for cancer theranostics. Douglas has a diverse background in research and consultancy, having held positions at Biogelx Ltd. and Stevens Institute of Technology, where involvement included business development, technical support, and various research initiatives in nanoscience and tissue engineering.
