Timothy Palmer has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Timothy started their career at H. D. Smith in 1997 as an I.T. Programmer / Programmer Analyst before moving up to become an IT Team Leader in 2002. In this role, they led a team and successfully managed various projects, including the integration and assimilation of software and systems following the acquisition of three businesses.
In 2010, Timothy became the SAP Implementation Core Team Leader at H. D. Smith, where they conducted research on ERP packages and integration partners, negotiated contracts, and led the successful implementation of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash components. Timothy also provided technical expertise for the integration and migration from a Legacy software system.
Later, Timothy took on the role of Director of ERP Delivery in 2013, where they became a member of the senior information technology leadership team. In this position, they were responsible for managing the daily operations of the department, establishing the technical roadmap for the organization, and delivering technical and strategic leadership for the entire ERP platform. Timothy also created and developed the company's first permanent SAP team.

Timothy Palmer has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Iowa. Timothy also holds a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield.
