Alice Clark

Alice Clark is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience research and design strategy, particularly in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Design for Health & Wellness at H-E-B, Alice also operates as a Principal Design Researcher at CuriousDream, focusing on enhancing health and end-of-life experiences. Previous roles include Senior Director of Product Design at Spredfast, where Alice fostered user empathy during a company merger, and Director of UX Research & Strategy at Guidea, leading a team to improve digital experiences. Alice's tenure at IBM featured leadership in design transformation and educational initiatives on design thinking. With a solid foundation in user experience from earlier positions, including at projekt202 and Yahoo!, Alice holds a BFA in Interaction Design & Digital Media from Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design and a BA in Sociology from The University of British Columbia.
