Brandi Williford

Brandi Williford is an experienced professional in talent development and instructional design, currently serving as Talent Development Manager II at H-E-B since September 2014. In this role, Brandi manages training plans for various audiences, collaborates with stakeholders to address training and communication needs, and oversees a team of instructional designers. Prior to this, Brandi held positions as Talent Development Manager and Senior Instructional Designer at H-E-B, along with roles at Citi from July 2000 to September 2014, including Global Training Workstream Lead and Instructional Designer. Brandi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia & Visual Design from the University of Phoenix.
