Gene Cripps

Gene Cripps is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and logistics across various industries. Currently serving as Facility Leader for Houston Snacks Operations at H-E-B, Gene oversees the production of H-E-B Own Brand tortilla chips. Prior to this role, Gene held positions such as Program Manager for Operational Excellence within H-E-B's Manufacturing Division, and Facility Leader roles for both Houston Bakery and Houston Culinary Operations. Gene's previous experience includes serving as Site Director at AkzoNobel, managing production and distribution of coatings, and leading marine and terminal operations at The Dow Chemical Company. Gene's career also includes significant roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, encompassing maintenance management and production engineering. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Associate's degree in Chemistry from San Jacinto College.
