Jim Sayers has extensive experience in the retail sector, having begun their career at H-E-B in various roles, including Store Clerk and Grocery Merchandising Manager, before advancing to positions such as Grocery Manager and Assistant Store Director from 1976 to 1991. Currently, Jim serves as the Commodity Manager for Strategic Sourcing and Central Procurement at H-E-B. They also hold a degree in Business Management from the University of the Incarnate Word, which they obtained between 1992 and 1993.
