John Clary

John Clary is an experienced operations and manufacturing leader with a diverse background spanning over 30 years. Currently serving as the Plant Ops Director and General Manager for Houston Dairy Operations at H-E-B since July 2018, John plays a key role in leading manufacturing operations, including overseeing the transition of facilities into the Fresh Manufacturing Division. Prior to H-E-B, John held various leadership positions at Nestlé Waters, focusing on factory management, supply chain leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple regions. John's career also includes significant roles in sales and marketing at Architectural Millworks, production management at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, and multiple positions at Frito-Lay and The Clorox Company. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University.
