Joseph Adkins

Joseph Adkins, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at H-E-B since July 2017, overseeing engineering strategy and capital planning for 14 manufacturing facilities. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions such as Senior Engineering Project Manager at H-E-B, Program Manager at Snyder's-Lance, Inc., and Corporate Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included capital planning and project execution across multiple manufacturing sites. Joseph's experience also encompasses roles at Conagra Brands, Fluor, Eli Lilly and Company, Kraft Foods, and NASA, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management, engineering, and process improvement. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management with a Lean Six Sigma focus from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
