Randy Jones

Randy Jones is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in solid-state lighting product development. Currently, Randy serves as the Engineering Manager for LED Product Development at H.E. Williams since April 2014, leading projects in electrical engineering and product management. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Engineering at Flextronics/LightWild, where Randy managed the development of the Lusio Lighting family of LED High Bays. Randy's background also encompasses various engineering positions, including Senior Project Engineer at LightWild, Chief Construction Engineer at Fru-Con Engineering, and Electrical Construction Engineer at Watkins Engineers & Constructors. Randy began the career as a Project Manager at Electrical Corporation of America and operated as an electrical and general contractor while self-employed. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
