The Operations Team at HF Holidays is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all guided and self-guided walking holidays, as well as leisure and activity breaks. Key members manage overall product and tour operations, coordinate group logistics, oversee hotel performance, and handle day-to-day operational tasks to maintain high standards and exceptional customer experiences across all locations.
