Massimo Pagnetti

Massimo Pagnetti is the Group HR Director at H-Farm. Massimo previously served as the Global Head of HR for Technology at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from January 2017 to May 2021. Prior to that, they were an HR Business Partner MED for the Assurance Division at EY from September 2016 to December 2016. Pagnetti has also served as a Senior HR Manager at Kering Eyewear from February 2015 to July 2016 and as an HR Manager for Asia Pacific at Safilo from May 2011 to September 2014.

Massimo Pagnetti studied labor law and industrial relations at the 24ORE Business School. Massimo then went on to study business administration at the Bologna Business School. Lastly, they studied organization and business at the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.

Their manager is Riccardo Donadon, Co-CEO, Founder & President. Massimo Pagnetti works with Mauro Bordignon - Group Education Coordinator & Head of Schools, Fabio Carraro - Head of Enabling Solutions, and Carlo Carraro - Head of Academic Program.
