Phil Schuyler

Phil is responsible for design, project management and contract administration for a variety of complex healthcare facilities. He has been involved in all stages of the design and construction process, from master planning and conceptual design through to contract administration. From 2014 to the completion of the first phase of the project in 2017, Phil was the Electrical Design Lead for the CHUM mega-hospital P3 project in Montreal, winner of the 2018 Schreyer engineering award. He leads electrical teams for several of HH Angus’ long-term clients, as well as for large scale P3 healthcare projects in British Columbia. Prior to joining HH Angus in 2007, Phil worked in the microelectronics field for several years.
