Andrew Jang

Andy is a Principal with H.I.G. Technology Partners (“HTP”) and based in H.I.G. Capital’s Boston office.

Andy is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution, and supporting management with post-closing growth and operational initiatives.

Andy has over a decade of investing experience across a variety of sectors including IT services, payments technology, vertical and enterprise software, and business services companies. Prior to joining HTP, Andy was an investment professional at Parthenon Capital Partners and Boathouse Capital. He began his career as a Fintech investment banker at Financial Technology Partners.

Andy earned a B.A. in History and Economics, with Honors, from Williams College.
