Asmat Doza

Asmat serves as a Managing Director of H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group. Based in New York, Asmat is responsible for capital raising and investor relations activities in the United States and Canada, across the firm’s private equity, growth equity, real estate, credit and life sciences funds.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Asmat was an Executive Director at CIFC Asset Management, an alternative credit manager. Prior to CIFC, he was in the private equity funds investment team of PineBridge Investments where he helped originate, diligence and execute commitments to private equity and credit strategies. Previously, he worked for Credit Suisse and The Blackstone Group in the private equity finance groups.

Asmat received his BBA from Baruch College.
