Charles Mills

Charlie Mills is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director of Business Development at H.I.G. Capital since December 2012. Prior roles include Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, where Charlie led M&A for the Southeast US, and at Macquarie Bank, where responsibilities included heading the US Diversified Manufacturing and Distribution Group and leading Southeast US Investment Banking. Additional experience includes a decade at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as Managing Director and Head of the Industrial Practice Group. Charlie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
