Denis Blazanovic

Denis Blazanovic is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at H.I.G. Capital since April 2023, Denis previously worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs from 2021 to 2023, specializing in M&A and capital market transactions for the Industrials Group. Earlier, Denis held the position of Investment Banking Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs and worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company, where the focus was on advising private equity funds and financial institutions. Denis holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Studies from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, complemented by a Bachelor of Management from Tongji University.
