Rachel Overboe

About

Rachel is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s San Francisco office. She is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including originating, structuring, financing and executing post-closing growth and operational strategies.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Rachel worked for Paine Schwartz Partners, focusing on food and agribusiness investments. She began her career at Deutsche Bank , advising clients on M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.

Rachel earned a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College, magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
