Rahul Ketkar

Rahul is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s Advantage Fund, where he focuses on making investments in stable, growth-oriented companies. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring and execution, financing, and post-closing governance.

Rahul has over a decade of public and private equity investing experience and has made investments across a wide range of industries, including consumer and retail, business services, industrials, and technology. He currently serves on the board of multiple H.I.G. portfolio companies, including Lipari Foods and Recochem.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Rahul worked at 3G Capital, where he was involved with the firm’s public and private investments, including serving as a senior executive at Restaurant Brands International. He began his career as a consultant in Accenture Strategy’s M&A practice.

Rahul earned a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Northwestern University.
