Roberta Vaghi

Roberta Vaghi is a finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving in Middle Market Private Equity at H.I.G. Capital since April 2019, Roberta has previously held roles as an Associate at Doughty Hanson and Board Observer positions at both KP1 and Zobele Group. Roberta started their career at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst, focusing on M&A for the UK Industrials and Financial Institutions Group. Earlier experience includes a role as a Private Bank Analyst at RBS Markets & International Banking and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst position. Roberta holds a Master's Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi, along with an exchange program in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
