Tom Ware

Tom Ware currently serves as the European Compliance Director at H.I.G. Capital, a position held since January 2019, where responsibility includes EMEA Compliance. Previously, Tom Ware was Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management from September 2008 to December 2018. Tom Ware also held the role of Head of I&R Compliance at Cazenove Capital Management between January 2006 and August 2008, and worked as a Manager at Henderson Global Investors from 1997 to 2005. Tom Ware’s education includes a degree in Politics & History from the University of East Anglia, completed from 1991 to 1994, and attendance at Cranleigh School from 1985 to 1990.
