Michal joined Viola in June 2021 and has over 12 years of experience in practicing law. She is responsible for all legal aspects of Viola Ventures, Viola Growth and Viola Fintech’s activities, investments, and exit processes, as well as fund formation procedures, corporate governance, fundraising and all other fund-related legal issues. With extensive experience in venture capital investments, Michal works closely with portfolio companies from initial investments through mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs.
