Derrick’s earlier experience includes key roles such as Assistant Construction Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, Assistant Project Manager at Lee Kennedy Co., Inc., and Janey Co Inc, as well as Project / Field Engineer at Bond Brothers Inc. Derrick's career reflects a strong focus on managing large-scale construction projects, underpinned by a solid educational background with a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. In addition to professional endeavors, Derrick contributed as Head Coach for middle school basketball teams, fostering teamwork and discipline among young athletes.
