Tiffanie Lewis

VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at H. J. Russell & Company

Tiffanie began her career with H. J. Russell & Company as a high school student working in the mail room. For 25 years, she progressed during her tenure with the company and now serves as VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

As Vice President of Services and Property Management Operations, Tiffanie leads regulatory compliance and the daily operations of Russell Management Services’ property sites to ensure that each is operating efficiently and in a manner that is consistent with The Russell Way. In addition, she oversees information technology, compliance and office management services. She leads the efforts to develop, execute, and maintain regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting programs, code of ethics, compliance-related remediation, and other related areas. Across the firm, she brings focus and improvement to Russell’s training programs, policies and procedures and code of ethics. She provides leadership, direction, and guidance to clients by translating strategic business objectives into concrete solutions within technology, innovation, cybersecurity, user experience, infrastructure, and digital integration.

Tiffanie holds the following professional certifications: Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO); Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SCHM); Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP); Fair Housing Specialist (FHS); and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).

Also, her business affiliations include membership in the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), Women in Technology International (WITI), National Housing Center Management (NHCM), Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA), National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), and Atlanta Business League (ABL).

Tiffanie is a 2020 Who’s Who in Black Atlanta honoree and Atlanta Tribune: The Magazine and AtlantaDailyWorld.com’s 2019 Woman of Excellence. Also, she was elected into the 100 Women of Influence Class of 2018 by the Atlanta Business League.
