Charles McClain

Charles McClain is an experienced ecologist with a strong focus on restoration ecology and botany. Currently serving as an Associate Ecologist and Senior Restoration Ecologist/Project Manager at H. T. Harvey & Associates since March 2010, Charles has extensive expertise in ecological project management. Previous experience includes a role as a Seasonal Botanist at North State Resources in 2009, where Charles conducted botanical surveys in the Sierra Nevada for FERC relicensing. Additionally, as a Graduate Research Assistant at California State University, Chico from August 2006 to December 2008, Charles contributed to research on vegetation dynamics in riparian forests along the Sacramento River. Charles holds a Master of Science in Biology from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned in 2001.
