Darren Maples

Darren Maples, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant at H.W. Kaufman Group, where responsibilities include supporting general ledger accounting processes, completing period close tasks, and maintaining fixed asset schedules. Prior to this role, Darren worked at Plante Moran, progressing from Assurance Intern to Assurance Staff and finally to Assurance Senior, managing financial statement audits and overseeing staff while ensuring compliance with audit quality standards. Earlier experience includes positions at Great Lakes Ace Hardware and The Home Depot. Darren holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Schoolcraft College.
