WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1 The Business Operations Manager will work directly with the executive team to assist with strategic and operational projects both internally and externally at H1. You will work collaboratively with senior leaders at H1 to support them in writing and evaluating business cases, communicating strategic value to internal and external partners, project management , and driving strategic and operational improvement initiatives. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Business Operations Manager must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively with writing, presentations, and data. A strong candidate will have a high degree of organization, exceptional follow through, and substantial business acumen. 

You Will:

  • Assist the leadership team with business development activities, including M&A and strategic partnerships 
  • Prepare internal and external presentations on behalf of the executive team
  • Draft business cases to evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships
  • As required, conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Manage and coordinate quarterly/annual business planning
  • Monitor and report on business KPIs relevant to executive leadership
  • Support the executive team to drive strategic growth and profitability initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
  • 3-4 years experience in management consulting or a similar field
  • Proven ability to build alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders

COMPENSATION This role pays $115,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to stock options.
