Justus Wittig

Justus Wittig is a Versuchsingenieur at H2FLY since January 2022. Prior to this role, Justus served as a Wissenschaftlicher Assistent at the Institut für Flugzeugbau Universität Stuttgart from March 2018 to December 2019, focusing on the determination of fiber and pore volume percentages in CFRP and GFRP samples, preparing microscopical cross-sections, modifying cooling systems for thermal analysis, and conducting various thermal analyses. Justus gained practical experience as an intern at Porsche AG from April 2017 to September 2017, where responsibilities included supporting endurance and functional tests for SUV doors, assisting in component investigations, developing testing aids, and conducting various inspections. Justus holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, obtained from October 2018 to January 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, completed at the same institution from 2014 to 2018, alongside educational experience at Aalto University in 2020.
