Navdeep Gill

Navdeep Gill is currently a Responsible AI/ML at H2O.ai. Previously, they were a Senior Data Scientist at Cisco from July 2014 to October 2015 and a Data Scientist at FICO from April 2013 to July 2014. At Cisco, Navdeep was part of an engineering team that was designing an analytics product for Cisco's call center platform. Navdeep performed data profiling, fetching and transforming using Talend Open Studio. Navdeep also used MS SQL & Posgres SQL to develop tables for analysis and designed ETL jobs using Talend Integration Suite (TIS). In addition, Navdeep utilized R and Python for exploratory data analysis, data visualization, & data cleaning/manipulation. Navdeep also used Tableau software to develop interactive visualizations, dashboards, and descriptive analytic's to present valuable insights. Furthermore, Navdeep created machine learning models & forecasting models to better understand and remedy key business problems. These models included Random Forests, GBM's, and ARIMA models. Navdeep reported insights to various stakeholders and developed relevant KPI's for business development in Cisco's contact center.

Navdeep Gill has a Master of Science in Statistics from California State University - East Bay, a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from California State University - East Bay, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Mathematics from California State University - East Bay. Navdeep also has certification from Coursera in Machine Learning and certification from Stanford University in Statistical Learning.
