Rob Carter

Rob Carter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rob started their career at NATO as a Fighter Aircraft Planning and Operations officer, where they were responsible for planning and operating fighter and bomber aircraft for the northern sector of NATO. After that, they worked at the Department of National Defence, focusing on French Language Training.

Rob then joined the Department of National Defence / Ministère de la Défense nationale, where they served as a Wing Operations Officer, responsible for airport and air weapons range operations at Canada's premier air base. Rob also commanded a team in Deployed Operations Afghanistan, focusing on supply and logistics development and support.

Rob'snext role was at Suncor Energy, where they served as General Manager of Field Logistics. Rob managed a team of over 200 personnel and a large budget to provide global people logistics support in travel booking, aviation, busing, lodging, facilities management, and fleet vehicles.

After that, Rob worked at Hybrid Power Supply Ltd as the EVP and COO for a year before joining H2Safety Services Inc. Rob held various positions at H2Safety, starting as a Training Specialist and eventually becoming the Vice President of Training & Operational Excellence. Rob'sresponsibilities included providing industry-leading training support to the Oil & Gas industry and integrating emergency response plans, software systems, and resource industry requirements into practical application and leadership development training programs.

Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, risk management, and creating dynamic and efficient organizations. Rob has a strong focus on lean six sigma structure and processes.
