Tania Saroyan

Tania Saroyan has held a variety of roles in the accounting and finance fields since 2006. Tania began at Opus as a Senior Project Accountant Supervisor, where they supervised seven accountants and was responsible for project accountant development and training, contract review, revenue recognition, ERP consolidation, and budgeting. In 2010, they became an Accounting Consultant (Project Based) at Boyce & Associates, Inc., where they were responsible for the full accounting cycle and financial statement preparation. In 2009, they worked as an Accounting Consultant at Arrowhead Health Centers, where they developed and grew C-level client relationships and provided expertise in the areas of contacts, compliance, state regulations and collections. From 2012 to 2013, Tania Saroyan worked at Land Advisors Organization as an Interim Accounting Manager-Transitional Phase, where they provided a wide range of accounting and financial duties and identified and selected a new health care system, resulting in savings of over 150k. In 2013, they also began working at Viracor-IBT Laboratories as an Interim Accounting Manager (formerly NIT), where they implemented accounting processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and professional transition from the National Institute of Transplantation (NIT) and Viracor-IBT. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Solve ME/CFS Initiative as the Director of Finance and Administration, and at Robert Half Finance & Accounting as a Consultant Manager. Finally, from 2015 to present, Tania Saroyan has been employed at H2scan Corporation, where they have held the roles of Corporate Director of Human Resources and Corporate Controller.

Tania Saroyan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance from California State University, Northridge. Tania then transferred credits from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business- Montreal to obtain their Corporate Finance/MBA accreditation. Tania later earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, Tania has obtained an OSHA Compliance Certification from CareerLearning in November 2022, is in the process of obtaining a Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants, and is pursuing an RPF 1 certification from the American Society of Pension Professional & Actuaries.
