Rutuparna Sarangi

Rutuparna Sarangi has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Rutuparna has been working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at H2U Technologies, Inc. since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at FCP Engineering from 2019 to 2023, where they held the position of Director. In this role, they were responsible for fiber reinforced composite material modeling, FEA analysis, and design tool development for high-pressure applications. Before that, Rutuparna was a Product Development Manager at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, Inc. from 2013 to 2019. Rutuparna also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Houston from 2010 to 2013. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Project Engineer at Audco India Limited from 2005 to 2010, and as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op Intern at Bharat Heavy Plate and Vessels in 2004. Rutuparna started their career as a Mechanical Design and Process Intern at Central Tool Room and Training Center in 2003.

Rutuparna Sarangi completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela from 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Computational Solid Mechanics, at the University of Houston.
