Coleman Crenshaw has over 15 years of experience in the field of recruiting and teaching. From 2003 to 2014, they worked as the Fine and Performing Arts Recruitment Coordinator at Sterling College. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Visiting Instructor of Theatre at Southwest Baptist University. Since 2015, they have been the Vice President for Associate & Counsel Recruiting and a Lateral Transition Consultant at H3 Counsel LLC, a legal recruiting firm specializing primarily in lateral attorney placements.
Coleman Crenshaw received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from Sterling College between 1999 and 2003. They then attended the University of Oxford for a year in 2002-2003, studying Classical Dramatic Literature. In 2006, Coleman Crenshaw earned their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Performance and Society from Rhode Island College.
