Jessica Zhang has a strong background in HR, with experience in global recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent and organizational development, employee relations management, and corporate culture. Jessica has held various leadership roles in international companies such as H3C, Kuaishou Technology, and ABB. With a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Jessica has also worked as a Senior EA to SVP North Asia, providing support in office organization, business management, communication, and HR matters. Jessica's previous role as an Assistant IPR Officer at the Delegation of the European Union to China involved organizing political and technical consultation activities between the EU and China.
