Carlos Jimenez

Carlos Jimenez has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industry. Carlos is currently serving as the Vice President of Asset Management at H5 Data Centers since July 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an Asset Manager at OUE Limited from March 2016 to July 2018. Carlos also served as an Associate at GI Partners from July 2014 to February 2016. Carlos started their career as an Investment Analyst at PGIM Real Estate from April 2012 to June 2014 and worked as a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo & Company from December 2010 to April 2012. Carlos gained early professional experience as a Global Corporate Services - Transaction Management intern at CB Richard Ellis in June to August 2009.

Carlos Jimenez attended Lowell High School from 2002 to 2006. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley from 2006 to 2010.
