Hilkka Juvani

Hilkka Juvani is an experienced HR professional and current Senior Lecturer in HR and Leadership at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences since December 2022. Previously, Hilkka served as HR Manager for the Nordics at Mobidiag, overseeing significant HR functions during a period of rapid business growth, and held the position of BHR Manager at PwC Finland, managing HR responsibilities for multiple business units. Additional roles include HR Director at Finrail Oy, HR Manager at Elisa Oyj, and HR Director at Solteq Oyj, among other positions at Nokia and its subsidiaries, where extensive expertise in operational and strategic HR management was developed. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education from the University of Jyväskylä, supplemented by studies in psychology and various HR-related courses.
