Richard You

Richard You is an incoming finance intern at Andersen, set to begin in July 2024, while currently serving as a student management associate for Berkeley Student Housing. Richard's role includes managing housing arrangements for incoming and transfer students. In addition, Richard is a finance associate for the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, contributing to financial processes and assisting with financial statements and audits. Richard holds several leadership positions, including philanthropy committee associate at Haas Business School Association, corporate relations external chair for the Berkeley Undergraduate Economics Association, and director of professional development at Berkeley Core Consulting Group. Additionally, Richard produces a podcast titled "R. Y." for Spotify and actively participates in various student organizations, including the U.C. Berkeley Asian American Association and the Korean American Student Association. Richard's educational background includes an ongoing pursuit of a degree at the University of California, Berkeley, following the completion of studies at El Toro High School and Irvine Valley College.
