Robert Smith

Robert Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert started their career at Holm Industries as a Department Lead from 1994 to 1999. From there, they joined Cummins Inc. as a member of the CAPS Team from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they moved to Kimball International and worked in the Materials Department until 2013. At Kimball, they gained experience in materials management. In 2013, they joined idX Corporation as a Project Management Coordinator before transitioning to the role of Quality Assurance Manager from 2014 to 2020. Robert'sresponsibilities at idX included overseeing project coordination and ensuring quality standards were met. Most recently, they joined Haas Cabinet Co., Inc. in 2020 as the Product, Quality, and Materials Director, where they are responsible for overseeing product quality and materials management.

Robert Smith attended Ball State University from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Graphic Design and Computer Science. During their time at the university, they did not obtain a degree. Additionally, Robert Smith has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification from the ASQ - World Headquarters in December 2019, an ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification from the same institution in June 2019, and a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Cummins Inc. in 2001.
