Huma McGhee

Huma McGhee, AAP, APRP has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Starting in 1998, they held various positions at Citibank, Wachovia/WellsFargo, Sovereign, and PNC, where they excelled in sales and motivating employees while ensuring client satisfaction and complying with regulatory policies. In 2014, they ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own business called Crazy Custom Cakes, specializing in custom cakes and cupcakes. Huma later joined HAB Bank in 2016 as an Assistant Branch Manager/Compliance Coordinator, where they achieved significant growth in business relationships and oversaw multiple departments. In 2018, they became a Vice President at Peapack-Gladstone Bank Private Banking, managing sales development, operations, and customer service activities. Currently, they are the Head of Deposit Operations at HAB Bank, leading a team responsible for retail banking operations, new hire training, and business development efforts. Huma brings extensive experience and expertise in customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency to their roles.

Huma McGhee has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from The City University of New York, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they have obtained the certifications of Accredited ACH Professional and Accredited Payments Risk Professional from Nacha, with the completion year being 2023.
