Shawn Wagoner has over two decades of experience in the banking industry. Shawn started their career in 1999 as a Banking Center Manager at Mercantile National Bank of Indiana, where they were responsible for overseeing daily operations and sales growth of two banking centers. Shawn then joined BMO Harris Bank (formerly known as Mercantile National Bank of Indiana) as a Relationship Manager in 2001. In 2008, they moved to Citizens Financial Bank, where they held the positions of 1st Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager and later, VP/Director of Retail Sales, overseeing mentoring, coaching, and providing direction for the Retail team. In 2014, they joined First Merchants Corporation as the First Vice President-Regional Sales Manager, responsible for sales and service execution across multiple banking centers. Currently, Shawn is the Senior Vice President of Client Services at Haberfeld, where they joined in 2016 as a Senior Account Executive before being promoted to their current role.
Shawn Wagoner attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Public Financial Management.
